2023 Property Tax Exemption Deadline
January 15, 2023 is the deadline for new applicants to apply for a property tax exemption with the City of Cordova. To be eligible, residents must be 65 years of age or older before January 1, 2023 or a disabled veteran rated at 50% disability or greater. The One-Time application for property tax exemption is available at City Hall or from the city website at cityofcordova.net/document-central/. Return the application to City Hall by January 15, 2023, email to cityclerk3@cityofcordova.net or mail to Deputy Clerk at PO Box 1210, Cordova, AK 99574.
