Effective immediately, the City of Cordova is transitioning back to using Xpress Bill Pay for utility payments, discontinuing the Starnik system due to compatibility issues.

- If you had an account with Xpress Bill Pay previously, your login credentials will remain unchanged. You will need to log in and activate your autopay again and make sure your credit card information is current. Click here to login to Xpress Bill Pay
