City Manager
The City Manager administers all City operations and oversees Department and Personnel activities. The City Manager maintains an office at City Hall but is often out in the community or representing the city at regional and state events. While the city manager may participate in council discussions at the city council meetings, the manager is not a voting member of the governing body.
