The Bidarki Staff offer a variety of fitness classes to keep you motivated.
Aerobic Fitness Class: Monday , Wednesday & Friday from 12am - 1pm
Mens League Basketball: Tuesday & Thursday from 6pm - 8pm
Adult Volleyball: Monday & Wednesdays from 6pm - 8pm (During the non-tournament season.)
Weight Training: Monday through Friday with the Voz from 5am - 6am & 5pm - 6pm
